1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk8 ("we", "us", "the Company") and users ("you", "member") of the tk8.cash website and its associated applications ("the Platform").

2 Account Registration

To open an account at tk8, you'll need to provide the following details accurately:

• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (proof may be required)
• Proof of residence in Bangladesh

Registering with false information may result in your account being closed at any time and your balance forfeited. Each person is allowed only one account — if duplicate accounts are detected, both will be closed.

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use tk8, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be of sound mind and mental capacity
• You must not be located in a country where online betting is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses cannot be used during an active voluntary self-exclusion period

Tk8 may request proof of age at any time. A national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate will be accepted. Accounts that cannot be verified will remain suspended.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

7 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is called off
• Odds may change before a match or event begins
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, tk8 reserves the right to void that bet
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, all bets already accepted will remain valid
• Maximum bet limits vary by market — bets exceeding the limit displayed on the platform will not be accepted

All casino games are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and certified by independent third parties. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated in any way.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tk8:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to guarantee profits
• Harassing other members or selling your account

9 Responsible Gaming

Tk8 takes Responsible Gaming very seriously. We want our members to see betting as a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To support this, tk8 offers the following features:

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Tk8 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended account inactivity (12 months)

• When a member requests self-exclusion

You may close your own account at any time. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance after completing KYC. A monthly admin fee of 0.5% may be deducted from balances in inactive accounts.

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Tk8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to mediation. The rules of tk8's licensing authority shall be considered final.
